Mariana Noli is serving as a co-chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion subcommittee of the law firm committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).  She is also one of the members of the DEI committee of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), the DEI liaison of the CLA Intellectual Property Law Section, and one of the founders of the Women’s IP Today non-profit legal organization in California.  Mariana is a multilingual foreign attorney, born and licensed to practice law in Argentina who relocated to California, following her passion for intellectual property and entertainment law.  In 2021, she served as President of the Italian American Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (IALA), and she is currently the Regional Vice President for the West Coast for the National Italian American Bar Association (NIABA).  As a minority lawyer herself, she has been a passionate advocate for equal opportunities for minority lawyers for over a decade and she believes inclusion is key to any team success.  Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read intermediate Italian.  After practicing at her father’s law firm in Argentina and moved to southern California to join an international intellectual property boutique firm as a foreign legal counsel in 2003. In 2014, she founded the Noli IP Solutions, PC firm based in north county San Diego. 

Kim Van Voorhis

Kim is currently serving as the Senior Counsel, Global Litigation & IP Europe at Nike, Inc. in the United States.

Kim is a committed IP professional, with 20+ years of experience litigating, managing portfolios, and providing strategic counseling on all aspects of global intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, design, copyright and trade secrets, in both elite law firm and Fortune 100 corporate settings. Kim serves as First Vice President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). She is also a former board member (2010-14) of the Equal Rights Advocates, a non-profit legal organization dedicated to protecting and expanding economic and educational access and opportunities for women and girls.

Myrtha is currently serving as General Counsel Brands and Marketing Properties, Anti-Counterfeiting & Licensing at Nestle in Switzerland.

Myrtha formerly led the Trademark, Domain Names, & Copyright for the Novartis Group of companies., and was at Novartis for 5 years and 5 years at Sandoz.
She spent time at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property in Bern. Myrtha speaks 5 languages and has an extensive and diverse coupled with her Peruvian heritage she truly knows what it means to be a global citizen.
