How do I access a webcast I purchased?

Once you purchase a webcast, you will receive an email confirmation with information on how to access the webcast. You can also access the webcast by going to learning.inta.org and logging in with your INTA credentials.

Under “Dashboard” you will see a list of the webcasts you have purchased. Please click on the appropriate webcast to access the live event (at the scheduled time of the webcast) or the on-demand recording.

If I purchase a webcast but can’t attend on the live date, can I access the webcast at a later date?

Yes, you can!

All live webcasts are recorded and offered later on demand. You can access the on-demand webcast at your convenience from your “Dashboard”. You also have unlimited access to the on-demand webcast—you can watch it whenever you want and as many times as you want.

All registrants are notified by email once a live webcast is available on demand.

Are webcast purchases refundable?

Webcast purchases are non-refundable.

Once you purchase a webcast, you can find it on your “Dashboard.” You can view it on the live broadcast date or later as an on-demand webcast. You have unlimited access to the on-demand webcast.

I purchased a webcast but need another copy of my receipt. How do I get it?

To access your receipt, please log in to learning.inta.org using your INTA credentials. On your “Dashboard” you will find a list of webcasts that you have purchased. Please click the “Re-send Receipt” option to receive another copy.

Where can I find the webcast presentation and handouts?

You can find the presentation and handouts for a webcast under the “Handouts” tab once you are logged in to learning.inta.org with your INTA credentials.

The handouts are available a few days before the broadcast of a live webcast while the presentation is usually available one day after the live broadcast date.

I can’t hear the speakers. What do I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers, first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.

The next step is to refresh your screen by clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

Please be sure to use the latest version of your web browser and avoid using Internet Explorer.

If you continue to have technical issues send an email to memberoperations@inta.org.

Are your webcasts eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit?

INTA applies for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for most of our paid webcasts.

State approvals are posted as we receive them on the CLE tab for each webcast. Total CLE credits available will vary from state to state. Additionally, registrants are notified by email of state approvals and that certificates are accessible.

To access your CLE certificate, please log in to learning.inta.org with your INTA credentials. On your “Dashboard” please click on the title of the webcast for which you are seeking CLE credit. Under the “Contents” tab, you will see the option to access your certificate.

A General Certificate of Attendance is available for participants who are located outside of the United States for all webcasts. On your “Dashboard” please click on the title of the webcast for which you are seeking a General Certificate of Attendance. Under the “Contents” tab, you will see the option to access your certificate.

A note regarding New York State and CLE credit approval:

Although we currently track event attendance by log in and log out times, the New York Continuing Legal Education Board specifically requires that a verification code also be entered during the program to ensure attendee engagement. INTA implemented a verification code system starting in September 2020. New York State has notified us that they will not be able to approve CLE for webcasts prior to when the verification code system was implemented.

For those individuals seeking CLE credit in New York State, please fill out the New York State Affirmation Form and send it to memberoperations@inta.org. You can access the New York State affirmation form in the webinar learning path after completing the evaluation survey.

Please email INTA’s Member Operations team at memberoperations@inta.org with any questions.
