In 2020, INTA’s Law Firm Committee hosted a webcast with attorneys in management positions to discuss the impact of the pandemic on our businesses and offered predictions for what 2021 would be like.

How much did we get right? What did we get wrong? What has changed for good? What abides? We will report on updated surveys and hear from managing attorneys from around the world on their predictions on managing through and out of this pandemic in 2021 and 2022.

Michael has particular expertise in internet related trade mark and copyright issues and he heads up Davies Collison Cave’s domain name practice group. He was a member of the inaugural auDA Domain Name Advisory Panel whose recommendations led to the reform of policy in the .au name space in 2000. He has also been a member of the INTA Internet Committee.
