Caroline Thompson is the Director of Intellectual Property and Brand Protection at ETS, where she oversees the organization’s global trademark, domain, and copyright portfolios, along with its comprehensive brand protection and enforcement programs for flagship educational brands including TOEFL, GRE, TOEIC, and Praxis. With over a decade of experience in intellectual property, Caroline leads an in-house team driving initiatives that leverage AI, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to modernize global IP management and brand protection operations.

Beyond ETS, Caroline serves as Council President for Yardley Borough, Pennsylvania, where she champions fiscal sustainability, public safety, and community engagement. She is also an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), currently serving her second term on the Young Practitioners Committee and preparing to join the In-House Practitioners Committee for the 2026–2027 term.
