This year has seen an explosion in unique digital assets called non-fungible tokens, or NFTs. Unlike bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, NFTs are uniquely associated with specific intellectual and real property, in both their physical and digital forms.
This panel, organized by the INTA Blockchain Subcommittee of the Emerging Issues Committee, will discuss how intellectual and real property owners of NFT technologies can capitalize on opportunities and manage threats.
The panelists have first-hand experience launching NFTs and will share their insights with brand owners and content owners interested in NFTs.
