Gustavo Giay is a member of Estudio Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal since 1995, and a partner since 2003. He works in the Industrial Property Litigation Department, being in charge of trademark and copyright issues. In addition, he has successfully performed legal actions against trademark piracy in defense of the holders of industrial property rights.
He has extensive experience in advising companies and individuals in matters related to industrial property, in particular contractual aspects. It also provides advice on issues related to the Internet and new technologies, advising on contractual and legal issues.
Dr. Giay is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and has obtained the title of Lawyer with orientation in the economic-business area in 1994.
